Agilis Inc. serves as the conduit to provide support for OEM components business among overseas manufacturers as well as between overseas makers and our Japanese domestic ones.

As a result of the time served under the ITOCHU umbrella, we have gained a broad experience in selling Japanese OEM components, including forgings, die castings, iron castings, machined parts, etc., primarily for use in passenger cars, trucks and agricultural/construction equipment, to U.S. customers.

Building on the experience with ITOCHU, we offer several different trade channels below for the above OEM components in response to customers' different needs.
In all cases, we participate in the trade as one of the parties to the contract.

• a. Bring Asian and/or U.S. components to Japanese makers
• b. Supply Japanese components to Asian and/or U.S. makers
• c. Supply Asian components to U.S. makers and
  U.S. components to Asian makers (intermediary trade)
• d. Supply components from one country to another within Asia,
  for instance, Indian forged parts to Thai makers (intermediary
  trade)
